Biographical Information:

James Lundy is Counsel at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. in the New York office of the Mass Tort/Class Action team.  Prior to joining Wilentz, he concentrated his practice in the area of medical malpractice.  Currently, he practices with an emphasis on asbestos, pharmaceutical and lead paint litigation along with medical malpractice and class action cases.

At the Gordon v. Williams trial, in one of the department’s cases, Mr. Lundy, together with Barry Sugarman, Esq. of this office, successfully obtained a $4.5 million dollar verdict in Kings County, New York on behalf of several lead poisoned children.
